Domestic Orders:
We use UPS for most items. Also FedEx and USPS by
request. If you have an account with UPS or FedEx we can use your
number. Let us know - Ground, 3 Day, 2 Day or Overnight. We will rush
any order by request. Most weekday orders placed before 12 noon Pacific Time will go out that day. Larger orders requiring testing will need 1 extra day to ship. Quotes are for postage and packaging materials combined. All items are carefully and overly padded to avoid damage during transit and fully insured.
International Orders: U.S. Postal Service and FedEx with traceable tracking number. Usual transit time to Europe is 6-10 days. Faster times available at much higher cost. All packages must be signed for in person at delivery. The delivery person will not leave packages at the door unsigned for. Any undeliverable packages will be returned to us at your expense. We will not file any false claims with the transport company. Please let us know any duty/tariff concerns you may have.
Banned Countries:
Certain countries known for bogus orders will not be
shipped to. Please e-mail us for further details if needed. |
