This equipment is backed by our 1 YEAR WARRANTY from the date of sale. It covers defects or failure from normal use. We will repair or replace the equipment and ship the item back to you at no charge. Shipping to KX Camera IS NOT COVERED. Shipping to you IS COVERED (USA only).
Excluded from our warranty: bulbs, user damage, actions of others, accident, fire, liquid, high volume dust, voltage drops or spikes, tampering and modifying the equipment. No other aspect of loss is covered.
Warranty coverage is through KX Camera only. Other repair shops are NOT AUTHORIZED to cover our warranty. Do not make any adjustments or repairs yourself. This will void your warranty.
2 YEAR WARRANTY OPTION (adds 1 year to first 1 year): See item description for prices. Can be added anytime in the first year. Call or e-mail and tell us the date of the original purchase.
Return/Refund Policy (MUST READ):
WE CANNOT MAKE ANY REFUNDS ON EQUIPMENT THAT IS WORKING PROPERLY. If the item is defective in the first 30 days, you have the option of a replacement sent to you or a full refund. After 30 days, our 1 YEAR WARRANTY (see above) takes over for the next 11 months.
International Orders: Please keep in mind that most of this equipment is made for USA 110 volt operation. Also, most Dissolve Units have USA 7 pin connector plugs. Please ask BEFORE ORDERING if you are using 220 volt operation and/or 12 pin Euro/Australia connections for compatibility. Once we ship, we cannot refund your purchase.
